BridgeView IT is seeking multiple iOS engineers. The roles are located in New York City, NY. They are full-time opportunities. The iOS Engineers will be responsible for working both independently & collaboratively with a cross-functional team to iteratively develop high quality products/features for desktop, mobile-web and mobile-apps
Required Skills/
Responsibilities:
Ability to demonstrate fluency in coding with Objective-C/Cocoa Touch & XCode on real world published apps.
Strong OOP skills and Multi-threaded programming skills in iOS and/or other platforms.
Strong working knowledge of Webservices, SQLite, iOS Push Notifications, JSON.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
The drive to work both independently & collaboratively with a cross-functional team to iteratively develop high quality products/features for desktop, mobile-web and mobile-app.
Be a key contributor of new & trendy technical solutions to make the product standout and take ownership of the product as a whole with pride.
Collaborate with other developers to build simple, maintainable, high quality codebase.
An eye for good UI design and UX
Working knowledge of In-App Purchases, iTunes Subscription models, Universal Apps
Knowledge of storage technologies such as iCloud, & CouchDB
Some experience with technologies behind Mobile website development and responsive design approach
Forward thinking, with an eye to code for performance, scalability, and maintainability on large scale projects
Having proficiency in Android development will make you a rock star.
