We are looking for a friendly, informative, and welcoming admin to join our fast-growing company.
While handling daily responsibilities with efficiency and ease, you will serve as the first impression of GEP.
What You Will Do:
In this role your duties will include but will not be limited to:
Answer phones, help with mailing, restocking kitchen, ordering coffee, office supplies, etc Help with logistics for employee transfers or anyone requiring client travel support, etc Assist with any other travel help - hotel bookings, car transfers/rentals, flight arrangements, etc Assist with client meeting logistics (prep conference rooms, lunch arrangements, etc.
) Assist with calendar management for leadership execs Assist with various ad hoc tasks (maintaining corporate house, exec vehicles, any other exec properties/tasks that require upkeeping and regular maintenance What You Will Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent Agile and highly organized multitasker, who works well in a fast-paced environment and is able to pivot as necessary Excellent time manage Contribute positively as part of a team, help out with various tasks as required Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) ment, and written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and to grow within the company Prior receptionist or customer service (or related field) experience is preferred Job Type:
