You Will . . . Contribute to build the Green Science Strategy of the Cleansing Category, ie build a portfolio of green materials/technologies to help the labs design the most sustainable and performing innovation fitting the 2030 commitment of L'Oreal towards the respect of the planet. This will require to set up physico-chemical characterization methods and create evaluation methods, through internal and external collaborations, to assess the performance of these RM alone and in formulation Design and identify non-routine tests involved with method development/improvement of suitable in vitro model system to determine the functionality of lead materials and formulas, process optimization studies, and validation and qualification projects Design new green cleanser/MU remover prototypes using fast formulation / evaluation approach, insure consumer winning performance and bring these prototypes to the market (integrating all steps of development). Evaluate new innovative technological approaches coming from external partners designed to meet consumer unmet needs. You Have . . . Completed a Masters in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Surface & Interface Science with 5
years' experience OR PhD with 3+years' experience in relevant scientific disciplines Knowledge of consumer trends as they relate to the Product Category preferred 3-6 years of cosmetic, personal care, household care or related industry formulation experience is preferred Authorization to work in the US on a permanent, ongoing basis, without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
