POSITION PURPOSE:
Animate and coordinate the zone packaging, raw material, and contract manufacturing supply chain strategies and activities to ensure alignment on zone initiatives, timely execution of key projects and securitization activities, and coordination of material allocation management in alignment with the global teams. The role will interface closely with all factory procurement teams and the Sourcing community to drive the zone material supply chain strategy and align on initiatives that can optimize service, inventory, quality, agility, and cost performance across the zone. Active participation in identifying new and improved processes that can have a direct impact on the bottom line performance is critical along with ability to manage the various priorities with autonomy and strong personal leadership. Responsibilities:
Lead of Raw Material Zone Supply Chain Strategy Partner with sourcing to deliver process for MOQ optimization and E&O reduction Introduce initiatives, tools, and processes to drive down cost
inventory levels while maintaining service Participate in centralized raw material warehouse analysis Coordinate, Execute, and Track implementation of strategic initiatives Coordination of shared materials impacted by constrained supply Management of shared contract manufacturing capacity Raw Material Securitization:

Silicones Animate planning process for unconstrained material planning with the factories Support Sesame and Vendor EDI Deployment Others as needed Partner with Key Stakeholders on various Business Topics Animate Material Procurement Community across US and Canada Factories via monthly steering community meetings Partner with Sourcing to provide guidance on 3YP
Budget inventory strategy; consolidate impacts for review with finance Communicate allocation requirements and orchestrate cross-site material sharing Participate in vendor business reviews and support vendor scorecard preparation Drive cross-plant vendor agility initiatives in partnership with Sourcing and factories Interface with management team and business stakeholders as needed Perform other duties as necessary or required QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

years supply chain experience, preferably in the consumer goods or related field with Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data & Analytics or other related technical discipline Strong communication skills (written & verbal) are important as the position will interface with all levels of the organization both internally and externally (ie, vendors) Strong organization and personal leadership skills are needed to manage multiple projects simultaneously Must be team-oriented and able to effectively collaborate and build relationships with all cross-functional teams and stakeholders Must maintain close, collaborative partnership with the DGO and other global counterparts High Proficiency with the following Technical Skills is a must:
Computer proficiency including use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) SAP capability for raw material inventory extractions and reporting Proficiency in data extractions and analysis Travel to vendors and/or factories is required (10% - 15% travel time) French Language skillset is a plus
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Supply Chain & LogisticsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
